Prestressing System
Prestressing is main product of OVM for concrete structures. It is developed through years of study and tests to derive on a reliable system. When concrete structures are very long and sustain big bending then it’s time to call for prestressing action.
The OVM post-tension system consists of tendons and hydraulic equipments for stressing implementation. Anchors for tendon are available for various type of strands of diameter 12.7 mm, 15.2 mm, 21.8 mm and 28.6 mm, and available for up to 55 strands.

Stay Cable
OVM250 Stay Cable
OVM250 Stay Cables has been used in over one hundred bridges in the world. This system meets all criteria of modern stay cables in terms of strength of materials, anchorage corrosion protection, 3 layers individual rust protection on the strand, dampers, precision in system installation and simple maintenance system. With this system, the replacement of strand can be performed without removing the cable as a whole.First layer of corrosion protection for strand in the OVM stay cables is epoxy coating. Strand coated by galvanize layer are also available. Second layer is the special wax, and the third protection is extruded HDPE pipe. This protection ensure the reliability of stay cable performance during its life time.Included in these systems is OVM extradosed stay cables system suitable for medium-span bridges.

Structural Repair & Strengthening
For some reasons, structures become insufficient for loadings after years of service: growth of loadings (vehicles volume on the bridge or visitors in public buildings), aging of materials, damage due to experience of excessive loadings, false design or error in construction implementation. Either case yields to reduced (or even vanished) capacity and building lifetime. In such cases it is more efficient to repair or strengthen back the structure.Repair can consist of fixing or replacing the damage/inadequate structural parts. Main advantage of repair is minimizing or localizing the damage effect.
Structural Repair & Strengthening
Only the damage part is to be considered during repair. The techniques are also can be designed to have minimal disturbance to the user. As much as possible, the aim is so that activities in the building are not interrupted during repair while restoring the building load capacity.Some techniques for strengthening are external prestressing, FRP layers, groutings, concrete jacketing, metallic/steel sheeting.

OVM provides various type of bearings and expansion join. All bearings are customized by required size and loads specified by clients.
OVM bearing features:
- Full range of products are available including circular/rectangular laminated elastomeric bearings, sliding PTFE elastomeric bearing and pot bearings with the capacity from 80KN up to 60000KN;
- OVM bearings can be designed according to ASTM, AASHTO, JIS and European specifications etc;
-We can provide super size bearings such as 2000×1550×200mm、1500×1500×132mm elastomeric bearings as per the requirement of client;
-OVM also provides lead rod damping seismic bearing which can be widely used in seismic zone because of its good performance during the occurrence of earthquakes.
